Local builders forging a new path

Recognised Geelong construction industry leader Andrew Carroll has teamed forces with Cara Oliver to launch their own Geelong building company, Geelong Built.

Geelong Built is a bespoke building company passionately creating impactful homes that enrich the communities of their clients.

Both Andrew and Cara are born and bred locals that passionately love the town they live in.

At the heart of the organisation's purpose is to thoughtfully design and construct beautiful buildings that realise their clients' vision and intentionally add value to Geelong.

"We are passionate about ensuring our builds have a positive impact within their surrounding communities. Not only with the building constructed, but also the team involved," said Andrew Carroll.

"Cara and I are proud Geelong natives and believe our subcontractors are the backbone to our business. We love supporting local families and watching their business grow along with ours."

Furthering their commitment to community, alongside Geelong Built will be a secondary brand, Care Built.

"Under our Care Built brand, we create accessible living solutions for individuals and families seeking enhanced independence," added Cara Oliver.

"Building a home that improves a family's functionality can make a profound positive change in their life, and being a part of that is incredibly gratifying," she continued.

With over 30 years of building expertise within the team, Geelong Built and Care Built will service Geelong and its surrounding areas, including the Surf Coast, Bellarine and the Western Districts.
